Problem is that right now making a tournament is allowed only for some trustworthy users.

I can't allow to make tournaments for complete strangers, sry.
First you could take part of some tournaments, and show you can actually host reliably.

I can not make the tournament. The last stage of getting this:
"Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /make/ could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Hosting has moved server and dns servers needed to update, but weirdly with firefox i cant access site, but with example Opera it works.
About the blank page - I was just testing something, forgot to change it back, now it should work
