Problem with joining

Hello
Me and my friends got a porblem with joining a game
sometimes when i'am the host, they just have "infinite" joining massage [it happend today
But yesterday we played without any problem
I got ports open so whats the matter with that?
Is it matter of internet connection of the guy who want to join me or what?
